For as long as I can remember, poetry made me feel validated, understood, and less isolated. Writing has always been a cathartic, therapeutic passion for me to get what I’m thinking or feeling out on paper. This is a beautiful way for us to express ourselves, be seen, and have our voices heard.

 

I pray my words resonate with you and that you can see yourself on the pages of my books. I write as a creative outlet about universal human experiences such as heartbreak, grief, pain, rejection, abandonment, loneliness, falling in love, familial issues, recovery, and the journey of finding oneself. Although poems are my main form, I thoroughly enjoy blogging and writing in a variety of forms such as psycho-education, research, informational articles, and more.
